At CyberProof, we work hard to make our hiring process as streamlined, intuitive, and welcoming as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a “sneak peek” into what life is like at CyberProof, giving you a better sense of our corporate culture and values – while also trying to get to know you better, as an individual.
We strive to move as quickly as possible while ensuring you have all the information you need – and that we also have all of the information that we need to gain insight into whether there’s a good fit.
At the end of the hiring process, everyone receives a response from us. While the specifics of the hiring process vary depending on the role and location, every candidate experiences the following steps:
- Apply for a position online. Check out the job openings for your region. Read each job description carefully, and make sure you have the requirements necessary for the job.
- Short phone interview. A recruiter will be in touch get to know you and ascertain that expectations are aligned.
- Technical interview with the direct manager. Interviews may be in-person or virtual. You’ll be asked about your work experience and learn more about the job expectations. You may also be asked to complete technical assignment.
- Interview with the department manager (where relevant). This is a higher-level discussion defining expectations within the department.
- Interview with HR. We’ll explore if you’re a good match for our corporate culture and values. We seek enthusiastic candidates interested in personal development and knowledge sharing. For positions in Israel, the hiring team will ask for recommendations and give you a credibility test.
- Once the process is complete, a recruiter will be in touch after your last interview. If you receive a job offer, you can discuss it in detail. If you are not offered a position, the recruiter will usually provide constructive feedback.
